This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with our SMS text messaging program, Calvary Church Mobile Alerts. It applies specifically to this messaging program and should be read alongside our Master Privacy Policy.

When you opt in to our text messaging program, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number
• Your name, if provided during opt-in
• The date, time, and source of your opt-in for compliance recordkeeping
• Inbound message content when you reply to us (e.g., STOP)

We use your mobile number strictly to send you the text messages you requested. These may include service cancellation and weather alerts, event reminders and registration confirmations, volunteer and ministry group updates, building campaign and organizational announcements, and fundraising and donation-related communications. We do not use your mobile number for any other purpose.

No mobile opt-in data, consent records, or mobile phone numbers collected through this SMS program will be shared with, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes.

All categories of data collected through this program explicitly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent from any sharing arrangements. This information will not be shared with any third parties for any purpose other than the following narrow exceptions:

• Our SMS delivery provider (Twilio, Inc.) — solely to transmit messages on our behalf, subject to their own data processing obligations.
• As required by applicable law or a lawful court order.

We retain opt-in records and message logs for a minimum of four (4) years to maintain compliance with TCPA recordkeeping standards. When records are no longer required, they are destroyed in accordance with our data retention policy. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out and immediately cease sending messages. You may re-subscribe at any time.

This SMS program is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above and post the revised policy at www.toledocalvary.org/sms_policy. Continued opt-in status following notice of a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
