Few people knew Jesus as the disciple John did. John was Jesus’ closest friend, the disciple whom He loved, a brother of His heart. Yet, when John wrote his gospel, instead of recounting the story of the manger, John reminds us of Jesus’ power and divinity from the very beginning. On Sunday, December 15, 2019, Pastor Chad Gilligan reminds us to go beyond the nativity story and make Jesus big this Christmas.
