Reflections
Heroes in Action is now in our fifth year. We have accomplished much and have been able to do so many things not only for the troops overseas, but those at home and their families. We have been instrumental in having a part in Cpl Shane Parsons' home makeover, temperpedic bed for a wounded soldier with a broken back, multiple food baskets, newborn baskets, auto repairs, home repairs [home repairs, roof repairs, and replacement], help house family flood victims, provide airfare for soldiers emergency travel, mortgage payments, furniture and clothing, gasoline and transporting out-of-state stranded soldiers/families, supplies for wounded soldiers, aid in directing families to get help with benefits and aiding medical and dental help.
